Having never submitted an R&D tax relief claim previously, we were able to make a backdated claim for the company’s last two tax years, identifying an overall R&D investment of £182,330 and a cash benefit of £45,660.
“Improving our products year-on-year, whether that’s in response to changing regulations or a new client problem, is a big part of what we do.”
“Lots of companies would love to be in a position to invest more in R&D yet finances often hold them back and that’s why incentives like this will definitely encourage more British manufacturers to prioritise innovation.”
Jason Reid, management accountant at EC Chemical Productions
Champion Accountants has so far helped SMEs across the UK claim more than £15m in R&D relief – with a 100 per cent success rate.
