Champion Accountant’s sister company Champion Insurance Brokers has renewed its sponsorship deal with local Evo-Stik 1st Division North team Salford FC for the 2014/15 season.

The sponsorship package will include Champion Insurance Broker’s branding on the team’s home shirts, plus various advertising opportunities online and at the Moor Lane ground. Champion Accountants has been confirmed as official away shirt sponsor.

The renewal comes at an exciting time for Salford FC following its recent purchase by the Class of 92’s Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and Ryan Giggs, who plan to invest in the club and set up an Academy to nurture local young talent.

Champion Insurance Brokers’ Managing Director, Dan Maloney commented, “I’m delighted that Champion Insurance Brokers are able to support a great local club for another year. With the Class of ’92 now on board I’m sure there are many great things to come for the Club and we are looking forward to being part of that.”

Salford City FC Chairman Karen Baird said, “Salford FC has always benefitted from the support of local businesses and it is fantastic to have Champion Insurance Brokers on board for another season.”
