When you have an interested buyer, it’s time to provide them with confidential information to enable them to make a decision on whether to buy the business.

Prior to handing over the information, it’s vital you have both a Heads of Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement in place to afford you due legal protection and the commercial outline of the deal. Your advisors will help prepare and present this information, and also advise on the Heads and NDA documents.
